The session begins with breathwork and a calming meditation, followed by a cleanse and lymphatic drainage. Slow pulsating sculpting, vibrations and intra-oral (buccal) massage restore muscle tone, then scalp release and tailored skincare with SPF complete the treatment.

We screen for injectables: avoid if Botox was administered within six weeks. Fillers generally require a six-week wait; lips often okay after six weeks. Always disclose recent treatments — we’ll advise timing and adapt techniques for safety.

Arrive hydrated, rested and with a clean face if possible. Avoid heavy exfoliation, retinoids or professional peels 48–72 hours beforehand. Tell us about dental procedures, recent injectables, medications, pregnancy or health conditions so we can tailor a safe, effective session.

For lasting transformation we recommend an initial series of four to eight weekly sessions, then monthly maintenance. Results vary by lifestyle and tissue response; regular treatments help retrain muscle tone and sustain contouring over time.

Intra-oral work is gentle and performed with professional hygiene and clear communication. You may feel pressure or movement but minimal discomfort. The therapist continually checks comfort and modifies pressure; breathing and relaxation techniques help maintain ease throughout.

Contraindications include Botox within six weeks, recent major fillers, first or third trimester pregnancy, active cancer, unmedicated high blood pressure, and acute rosacea or eczema. Always share your medical history and current medications so we can confirm suitability.
